Another picture from the series “Elements in TCM”. Again, the direction of movement is what I’m trying to put on paper. My conclusion is that I’m not particularly happy with it when I choose an “object” to paint it. It has the wrong direction of origin: It goes from the head to the hands, but it doesn’t really direct them. I want to try it the other way around. That’s the only way it becomes an experiential knowledge.
