Milkyway

Spontaneously a second image that day. I was researching a guided meditation by Joe Dispenza. In the process, I stumbled across several fascinating graphics of stars in space – the view of the universe. It was clear to me that I would not be able to recreate the fascination of these images. But actually I was also interested in something else. I wanted to feel what movements “out there” might feel like. I was also curious whether I could paint a “dark” picture.

After all the dark blue, purple and black, I suddenly found myself with silver. In between I was disappointed because I was looking for the movement but couldn’t really find it. I guess I’ll keep experimenting until I get it right and it feels right.

In the evening, I took a quick cell phone picture with the flash – that’s when the silver suddenly became exciting. In daylight, it remains a practice sheet. All is well.
